The colors contained in each 4 pack are Red, Yellow, Blue and Purple. You will need 2x 4-Packs to complete a set for a pair of roller skates.
They are packaged in a mini cereal box that opens from the top.
The wheels are 101a and come in 57mm and 62mm.
