Eh, they're ok.

I wore this for about three years. For me, these were too clunky and killed my agility. I upgraded to 395s and have not looked back. They work well for beginner skaters but at some point, you might find that your skating style has changed and your gear needs to as well. :)

I upgraded to these a few years ago from another skate (that was a bit too big). I had little break in time and these feel pretty damn good on my feet. There are plenty of skates to choose from out there and everyone has their own opinions about skates but I am glad that I got these years ago. Still skating on them.

If you have a narrow heel/ankle this may not be the skate for you :(

Love these!

I upgraded to these skates after a few months of skating on R3's. I wish that I would have just purchased these from the beginning. These skates are wonderful! I didn't notice a break in period. They were comfortable from the get go and have held up nicely over the last 3 months of skating hard on them.

I won'em in Vegas
Tracy "Nia Capps" Brock (London, ON) 4/6/2011 6:24 PM
So I started roller derby with a pair of %69 skates from Amazon.com. I upgraded to RS1000s, and Blue Demon wheels, but by toes were always squeezed and hurting. I went to Las Vegas on vacation, and I played a $20 bill on penny, nickel, and quarter slot machines, and every time I got %5 up, I would cash out. On day 3, I hit a jackpot and had enough 5s in my pocket with a $186 win, that I came home and ordered my Wickeds that day. SO FUNNY, I spent the whole time, "Mama needs a new pair of skates" and my pants looked lopsided, from all the five dollar bills. Since then I've upgraded to MOJOs, and I don't ever wanna skate on another skate. It's been 4 years (worn for 3 one year was baby making time), and I am still comfortable, happy, and my feet say thanks every time I skate. I LOVE MY WICKEDS!
