Return Policy

Occasional returns are inevitable and the bottom line is that we want you to be happy with your purchase, so if you have a problem with an item go ahead and send it back to us.  We ask that you return your item/s in the same, unworn, sellable condition they were in when you received them. 

If you can, please drop us an email before sending the package back with what you're sending and why. When shipping your package back, please send it snail mail or return to sender in the original packaging. Snail mail usually only takes a day or two longer and will save you money. If possible please enclose a copy of your original packing slip with an explanation of what was wrong with your order and if you wish for a different size, color or credit. If you do not have your packing slip, please enclose your order number and details about what you would like on a piece of paper.  The information will help us better serve you and other customers in the future.

Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase. We reserve the right to not accept certain returns that cannot be resold. If you are unsure about sizing, please feel free to call or email with questions. When a return is necessary because of a mistake we made, we will refund your shipping charges.
