The Roller Derby Workout is a fantastic DVD. First of all the production quality is really high, the video is always very clear and the ladies are always very easy to hear. The workout itself is extremely effective, and consists entirely of low-impact exercises to strengthen your legs, booty and core. But what surprised me most is that the music is really great! This product is worth every penny.
